Mind Tune Consultants reserves the right to terminate services if a client exhibits abusive or inappropriate behavior.

All materials, workshop modules, proprietary frameworks (such as the EMPOWER program structure), logos, and content provided by Mind Tune Consultants are our exclusive intellectual property. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or utilized for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality of professional support and training, Mind Tune Consultants shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or for the outcomes of individual decisions made by clients following our consultations.
